HOMEOWNERS’ ASSOCIATION

The River’s Bend Homeowners’ Association (HOA) provides our residents with shared neighborhood values and an opportunity to enforce regulations consistent with overarching statutory constraints to achieve a community representative of such importance. This is important to protect our property values and maintain our neighborhood’s executive appearance and amenities.

The River’s Bend HOA is run by a volunteer group of your fellow residents (See Board Of Directors). Board members and officers are chosen by election from the River’s Bend homeowners for terms of two years.

The River’s Bend HOA generally has monthly meetings (the 3rd Tuesday of each month, check the Event Calendar) for the entire board and membership. These meetings focus on handling the Homeowners’ Association’s business. Minutes from past meetings are available on this site for verified homeowners.

The River’s Bend HOA includes management of the recreational amenities maintained for the exclusive use of its members. This allows our individual homeowners access to a maintained pool, tennis court, pickleball court, playgrounds, and nature trail. Each member of our HOA pays bi-annual assessments that cover River’s Bend’s expenses such as landscaping for the common areas, maintenance and upkeep of the subdivision’s amenities, insurance for commonly-owned structures and areas, mailing costs for newsletters and other correspondence, and employment of a management company or on-site manager. Copies of the Budget are made available at every Board Meeting for residents.

To join our Homeowners’ Association, please get in touch with the On-Site Manager, Lori Gentry.

For questions on your assessments, please also direct them to Lori Gentry at [email protected] or call the office at (804) 414-1282.
